About a Bo

That's me! Sarah Bodri a.k.a BO. I'm a self-taught Toronto-based photographer and artist.

I picked up a camera 15 years ago and photography (both analogue and digital) quickly spoke to my love of aesthetics but more importantly revealed itself to be a means of empowerment and connection. So here I am, a tender-hearted Libra behind the lens with an unwavering commitment to image-making, light and intimacy.

 Wedding Photography

This once- OK maybe twice- in a lifetime event should be fun and chill and all about you. I'll be there to document it all, from mascara & pomade to sparklers & pie, so that you can remember and re-live the tender and gorgeous moments- and of course some of your most hilarious ones because let's be honest the photos of you cackling with your friends are the ones that go on the fridge for life. My approach is  documentary so that candor and intimacy abound in your photos.

Getting to know one another before your big day is key, so let's get the ball rolling (or scrolling?)!  Scroll down to connect and let's get acquainted

Basic coverage and digital file delivery begins at 2600.00CAD

Events and Family Sessions

I am available for family portrait sessions as well as private events. I take a delicate and documentary style approach to both.

Family sessions with me are candid and go-with-the-flow. I'm not one for overly posed photos and prefer to capture your natural family dynamics and shenangigans. Sessions begin at 500.00CAD at the location of your choice within the downtown core.

It takes a mindful and sensible person to capture meaningful moments in the middle of a happening party or planned workshop. To do justice to everyone present, the details, and the space itself, I take a respectful and photo-journalistic approach. Rates vary so please send me a message with all the deets!

Visual Arts

First and foremost, regardless of what camera I use, or if I use a camera at all, I am an artist. This is impressionist and creative work which I exhibit and sell; my art practice is a continuously and experimental body of works that may or may not involve a camera. You can find and explore my most recent art works, travel photography, and archives at
